Position Overview
We are seeking dynamic and driven Sales & Marketing Representatives to join our growing outreach team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about community health, possess strong communication skills, and are eager to engage with the Imperial Valley community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote CHPIV health plans and services within the community
  • Develop and implement local marketing and outreach strategies
  • Identify and engage potential members at events, health fairs, clinics, and community centers
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and community organizations
  • Maintain accurate records of contacts, leads, and follow-up activities
  • Provide excellent customer service and act as a brand ambassador for CHPIV
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Active State of California Health Insurance License or willing to obtain one if hired
  • Knowledge of and experience with state and federal insurance programs, preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of the Imperial Valley community is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work effectively, both independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
